What if I am running late for my tour?  No refunds will be issued for guests who miss their scheduled tour!

Do I have to pay in advance?  Yes.  We require full payment for all people in your group.  We cannot hold spots on a tour without payment.

What happens if I cancel after I have made the appointment?  All payments are non-refundable.  If you provide us with 24 hours notice you will have an in-house credit with us towards a tour in the future.

What if someone changes their mind or gets scared?  All payments are non-refundable. You may transfer your spot on the tour to a different person who would like to take your place.  If you provide us with 24 hours notice you will have an in-house credit with us towards a tour in the future.

What if it rains?  We operate our zip line tours in the rain.  We do recommend that you bring a rain jacket if the weather report calls for a chance of rain.

What about storms or snow?  Under certain conditions Camp Dakota will close our zip lines and completely cancel or postpone zip tours for later that same day if we believe there is a possibility that the weather conditions will improve.  If we postpone for a later time on that same day, guests will also be given the choice of either re-scheduling for that same day or for another day. If weather conditions require that we cancel all tours and are not able to postpone the tour for a later time that same day, a full refund will be issued to all guests for that day.

Weather events that could cause us to cancel or postpone a zip tour include:  Winds in excess of 30 MPH, thunder or lightning, & freezing or snowy conditions.

Can I just do one zip line on the tour or do I have to do them all?  Our zip lines are connected together from one tree to the next in series so that once you begin the tour you must continue through the entire series to get back down to the ground.
