GROUP CAMPING SITES

Camp Dakota has a wide variety of group camping options.  We can accommodate groups of between 5 and 500 guests.  Below you will find descriptions of our group camping sites.  Most of our individual sites can accommodate a group of 8 - 12.  We have double and triple sites that can accommodate many more.  Large groups may reserve a block of individual sites to accommodate everyone.

GROUP SITE DETAILS

Site #7/8/9 - TRIPLE Group site $200 per night  You receive $75 in activity credit per night reserved 

This group site has room for several RV's and passenger vehicles & lots of room for tents. Total length of RV parking 120' & passenger vehicle parking 25'. There is a single pedestal with (2) 30 amp + (1) 20 amp electrical connection & (1) water connection + (4) Four tent areas 15'x20' each. Price includes three parking passes. $7 per additional vehicle. 32 People MAXIMUM occupancy.

Site #24/25 - DOUBLE Group site for RV or Tents $150 per night  You receive $50 in activity credit per night reserved 

Double site includes three parking passes.  60' RV parking + 60' additional parking. This site may accommodate two RVs either end to end or in separate parking spots, however there is only one pedestal with a 30 amp electrical connection. There is lots of room for tents and the site has two picnic tables but only one fire ring. Maximum occupancy allowed is 16 guests. Additional passenger vehicle is $7 per night.

Site #34/35 - Group Site  $170 per night You receive $75 in activity credit per night reserved 

Includes 4 parking passes.  Two parking areas 20' and 45',  two picnic tables & LOTS OF LEVEL TENT AREA!! Maximum occupancy is 32 people. Additional vehicle = $7 per night.

Site #38/39 - Group Site  / non-electric RV  $120 per night  You receive $50 in activity credit per night reserved 

Includes two parking passes. Parking is 30' X 30'. Tent areas are 20' X 20' & 12' X 12' MAXIMUM occupancy is 16 guests total. Additional vehicles = $7 per night.

Site #46/47/48 - SPECIAL GROUP SITE

​

Our largest and most popular group site!  During Peak Summer Season weekends the cost is $400 per night on Fridays and Saturdays night (2 night minimum). On all other dates the site rents for $300 per night. Price also includes use of the adjacent Longhouse Picnic Shelter at no additional expense. Site comes with $75 in activity credit per night reserved.

46/47/48 Details - This is our largest and most popular group site.   

Includes:

• Camping for up to 50 guests in one large 30' yurt + tents and RVs. 
  Large group sized fire ring

• 5 picnic tables

• Briquette BBQ & propane BBQ

• 2 horseshoe pits

• Nearby grassy area with volleyball net

• Parking area is 50' X 90' and includes a single pedestal
   with electricity with (2) 30 amp + (1) 20 amp outlets and a single water spigot.  
  
   

Located adjacent to the site is our 40' X 50' Longhouse Picnic Shelter and several other yurts & cabin tents that rent separately. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY IS 50 GUESTS unless you reserve additional sites. Parking passes are required for this site, maximum occupancy is enforced, and all vehicles must be parked within the site.  Vehicles blocking the right-of-way will be towed at owners expense.  

 

Quiet hours 10PM - 7AM are strictly enforced.

Booking / Payment Terms

 

Payment in full is due at time of booking. A $200 fully refundable security / cleaning deposit is due upon arrival and is refundable within 48 hours of departure. Cancellations made 90+ days prior to arrival are eligible for camp credit towards a different date or other reservations.  Cancellations made less than 90 days prior to scheduled arrival date will forfeit all fees.
