Paintball Fundraisers

Looking for a new way to raise money for your youth group or favorite charity?    Try a paintball fundraiser!  That's right! You can actually play paintball and raise money for your group at the same time.  Here is how it works.. 

Your group chooses the date for the fundraiser and then we approve it.  Then we provide your group with flyers to distribute to the prospective players in your area.  We will also advertise your event on our website, Facebook, and in our monthly email newsletter.  The players will purchase their tickets online or over the phone and then when the event is over your group gets $10 for every player who attends.  It's that simple.  The entry fee for the players will be our regular rate of $30 per player.  Your group gets to keep $10 and Camp Dakota keeps $20 to pay for our expenses.  Your players get to have a fun day of paintball and make money for your group at the same time.       

On the day of the event, each player receives a complete paintball rental set-up, safety training,  new player orientation, 500 Paintballs,  and an all day pass for the event.   Your group will also earn $5 for each additional 500 paintballs purchased by the players in your group or $10 for each additional case of 2000 paintballs.  

(Your group may also serve a BBQ lunch to increase the  profits of your fundraiser!!  We will provide a picnic area, propane BBQ and picnic tables.)

Here is an example of the money you could raise for your group.  

20 Players X $10 profit per player = $200 Profit
40 players X $10 profit per player = $400 Profit
60 players X $10 profit per player = $600 Profit

Plus earn more $ for the additional paintballs sold to players in your group

Example: 10 additional bags of 500 paintballs X $5 =  an additional $50 for your group
or sell 10 additional cases of 2000 paintballs X $10 = an additional $100 for your group

*Rates subject to change.  Contact us for current prices.  Camp Dakota Paintball Annual pass members may attend for free per our membership agreement.  All paint purchased by annual pass members will be subject to the $5 / $10 fundraiser profit margin.     

Step 1.  Choose the date for your event and contact us to confirm that the date works.   (Give yourself at least 4 weeks to advertise and distribute flyers.

Step 2.  We e-mail you the flyers for your event and advertise on our website, Facebook, and by email. 

Step 3.  Play paintball and make money for your group at the same time!!
