Camp Dakota has the best yurts in Oregon!  Yurt camping is a great way to experience the great outdoors and still be comfortably dry.  Unlike a tent, yurts are completely water tight and will keep you dry regardless of the wind, rain, or snow.  With wood floors, electricity, and a door that locks, this beats tent camping hands down!  There is a wood burning stove inside so even in the coldest weather you can still go camping and enjoy all of what mother nature can throw at you.  Each yurt comes with beds with mattresses (a big step up from sleeping on the ground.)  Camp Dakota's yurts come in two different sizes.  Choose either a big 30' yurt (sleeps 10) with a table game like ping pong, air hockey, foosball, or a pool table or choose a smaller 20' yurt (sleeps 6) for a few dollars less that will still keep you warm and dry.  Remember that you are still technically camping and this is not a hotel room....it's a fun outdoor camping adventure without the risk of getting soaked or sleeping on the hard ground.  

Yurt rentals require a two night minimum stay. 

All of our yurts do come with the following amenities:

• Electricity & lights
• Wood burning stove for heat.  This is your only heat source.  Firewood is available for sale on site)
• Propane BBQ with side burner (propane provided)
• Outside fire pit and picnic table
• Pet friendly (leash required)
• All yurts are non-smoking

Yurts do not have the following:

• Bedding - Plastic covered mattresses but you still need to bring bedding or sleeping bags
• Inside plumbing - Fresh drinking water and outside port-a-potty are located about 75' away
• Cooking utensils or cookware.  You will need to bring these from home
• Refrigerator.  Bring an ice chest. We have ice for sale on site
• Internet.  (Sorry, no WiFi)

 *Special note regarding Yurt #46
This yurt is located in our large $200 per night group camping site.  This may not be rented separately from the group site during our peak season weekends.  During non peak season and/or mid week dates we may choose to rent this yurt separately.  If you rent this yurt separately you can expect that there will not be a group in the group site.  (You would have that area all to yourself.)   If you need additional space for tent and/or RV camping you may choose to use the group site for tent and RV camping and you will be only charged according to our regular rates for the RV or tent camping sites that you use instead of our regular flat rate of $200 per night.  If you do not use the group site for tent or RV camping and just use the yurt, you will only be charged for the yurt.
